Master Control's Woodshop, Inc:
All orders are shipped within 7-10 days. We actually handmake these upon order for the customer. Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
Exceptions:
- Custom Products
- Furniture - Takes a lot longer to build!
CARRIERS
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
- USPS (Priority Mail)
- UPS
- FedEx
ORDER TRACKING
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
SHIPPING RATES
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight & size of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
NOTE: If your product is returned at no fault of Master Control's Woodshop Inc. you will have to pay for us to reship it to you. We do not ship for free!
BACK ORDERS
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
LEGAL STUFF
Master Control's Woodshop & Toys is not responsible for lost or damaged packages send via the carrier.
On international shipments, Master Control's Woodshop, Inc is not responsible for any non standard fees, customs or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer to pay.
Master Control's Woodshop Inc. does its best to pack your order securely and safely. If your products are damaged in transit, we will be happy to replace the product for you. If it is damaged in transport Master Control's Woodshop Inc. is not responsible for product, and you must contact carrier to be made whole, for once it leaves our shop we have no control of it.. Make sure you use a service that provide insurance of your product.
