Our hourly consulting support services provide an expert help to provide support month after month for your IT service needs. Every membership is equipped with flexible hours that can be used across all of our services, including networking, IT management, web development & design, technical support, and strategic consulting.

Here's how it works:

  1. We'll collaborate with you to determine the scope and budget for retainers ranging from 8 to 40+ hours per month
  2. Together, we'll create a customized plan that outlines the tasks we'll handle and the frequency of updates (weekly reports, milestone maps, etc.)
  3. Stage approvals implementation to ensure we move forward. Once stage is approved, we move forward, and once final stage is approved, then we discuss next path.
  4. You have the flexibility to adjust your monthly retainer up to 3 days before renewal each month, giving you complete control over your budget
  5. If you exceed your monthly hours, the additional hours will be pro-rated and billed at the end of each month at a discounted rate

After you purchase, a project manager will be in touch within 48 hours to discuss the scope of the tasks you need to completed, your vision and what design matrix we need to follow.  We will set up monthly meetings for reporting progress, and any consultation needed for future considerations.  Make sure to include phone and best time to reach out.
