How do we get started?

Select the plan you wish to proceed with and complete your payment. Our team will get in touch with you for next steps.

How long do I have to commit for?

Your chosen package will be paid on an ongoing monthly basis. A minimum agreement of 3 billing cycles is required before cancelling. Should you wish to cancel your retainer, please contact us.

Please Note: You will be only charged 1 payment upfront for the month ahead.

Will I get an update each month?

Absolutely! We will create a client file for you so all work that is undertaken in your chosen retainer can be tracked and reviewed. We will submit your work on a monthly basis.

What access will you need?

We will need your Shopify credentials, (the one that ends in myshopify.com) so we can access as an admin from our Shopify partner account. Once this is done we will have access to your store so we can perform the work.
